We know how important a good work-life balance is. That’s why 30 days of vacation have long been a matter of course for us. These can be freely distributed throughout the year in agreement with the supervisor. In addition, our employees receive vacation and Christmas bonuses. For special occasions (wedding, relocation, birth or death) additional vacation days can be taken in form of special leave.

Every employee has a flexitime account. For you, this means greater flexibility in organizing your working hours and therefore a better work-life balance. In addition, employees with small children receive a monthly allowance for daycare and kindergarten. If required and where feasible, home office is possible.

More than work

We don’t just want to work together, we also want to celebrate together! Every year, we organize a party for all employees both in the summer and at the end of the year and have a really good time. We also like to go skiing, hiking or eating out together.

2024 will be a special year for us, as we are celebrating our 125th anniversary this year! On September 22, the public is invited to our birthday party (“Open Day”). We are really looking forward to this event!

More movement: e-bike leasing

Since the advent of e-bikes, cycling to work is no longer a sweaty illusion, even in our mountainous region. For many, however, the high purchase costs are an obstacle. Here too, SEDLBAUER supports its employees. Our leasing offer makes it even easier and, above all, cheaper.

In an online store set up especially for our employees, we offer fashionable and comfortable team clothing at discounted prices. It also makes it easier for some people to choose their outfit in the morning. Of course, team clothing is not compulsory and everyone is free to take advantage of this offer.
